For your peace of mind, our goods are backed by our manufacturer 45-day money-back guarantee and a 12-month replacement warranty on faulty goods.

This assurance commences on the day of purchase as reflected on your purchase receipt/order confirmation.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We may offer returns, refunds, exchanges, and store credits within 45 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page prior to sending any items back. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

Please note:

·        Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee

·         Customers may choose a store credit instead to avoid this fee

·         Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return

·         For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law

 

Sale, Clearance & Promotional Items

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale, clearance, giveaway, free gift, or promotional items.

·         Clearance items, giveaways, and free gifts are not eligible for return, refund,  exchange, or store credit for change-of-mind reasons

·         Sale and promotional items may be eligible for a store credit only, at our discretion, provided the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging

·         This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

 

12-Month Replacement Warranty

Our products are covered by a 12-month replacement warranty for manufacturing faults.

To make a warranty claim, please email a description of the issue, clear photographs of the fault, and your contact details to info@newlyfe.com.au. In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us at your expense for further assessment.

If a fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

What Defines a Faulty Product?

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, a product may be considered faulty if it:

·       Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing it if they had known about the issue

·         Is unsafe

·         Is significantly different from the description or sample shown

·         Does not do what it is supposed to do, or what the customer asked for, and cannot be easily fixed

Please note: This warranty does not cover faults resulting from misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.

Products must be used in accordance with the care instructions provided.

Deliberate damage or misuse will void warranty coverage.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees apply in addition to any manufacturer warranties provided.
