Is it hard to set up?
No. On initial use, the chair legs may feel tight - this is normal. The
frame is intentionally firm to safely support body weight, which can make the
fabric and back bars feel snug until the chair has been fully opened for the
first time.
What if I have trouble setting it up?
The chair comes with usage instructions. In addition, there are videos as well as tips available backed by local helpful customer service.
Is it comfortable for long sitting?
Yes. The supportive seat design distributes weight evenly, making it suitable for beach days, festivals and spectator sport.
Is it stable on grass or sand?
The frame is designed for use on grass, sand and hard ground. As with any compact chair, very soft sand may require slight repositioning.
How long does shipping take?
